Junior Master Chef Class open to Age 13-19 yrs as our Guest Chefs teach you the tricks of the trade & eat yummy food that you create
Come join our Guest Chef, Jack Barden, Souz Chef at the Metz and 2023 Tassie representative in "Proud to be a Chef" as he teaches you skills and tricks of the trade so you can learn to create and plate restaurant worthy main and dessert.
This a hands on workshop so you will actually pair up to create your version of the dishes Chef teaches you.
We will all join in together to sit and enjoy our creations and hear from our Chefs a little of their journey and how they got to where they are today. Parents, Guardians or Support are welcome to stay and observe from the Gallery if they choose to.
The mains and dessert will have gluten free options. Prior to the event participants will be contacted for Dietary requirements and ingredients will be able to be adjusted for Vegan & Vegetarian options
Starts at 10.00am - 12.30pm Friday 13th October, in the "Upper Room" above Hope Costumes & Thrift Store.
This building was built by the Gas Company and Cooking Demonstrations were regularly held here including Home Ec classes for schools.
